4.3. Anchorman.nz is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned to us due to unpaid duties, taxes, or tariffs, shipping costs are non-refundable. Any return shipping, customs storage, or disposal fees charged to us may be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

8.1. Anchorman.nz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
8.2. Anchorman.nz is not liable for any damage that occurs during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
8.3. As a goodwill gesture, we will assist you where possible in providing documentation, photos, or shipment details to support your claim with the carrier.
8.4. We recommend selecting a tracked and insured shipping method at checkout to protect against loss or damage in transit.
