Why an all-round light matters

When you are fishing at dusk, travelling after dark or caught in rain or poor visibility, other boats need to be able to see you. An all-round white light shines through 360°, so it can be seen from ahead, astern and either side. Mounted high and clear of obstructions, it helps make your craft visible to people approaching from any direction.

It is especially useful when you are moving slowly, trolling or stopped on the water. Pair it with the other navigation lights required for your vessel and check that gear, people and the cooler do not block its view.
